Pie Iron Simple Steak
Enjoy a gourmet dinner while camping. If there are leftovers, these are a great start to Philly Cheese Steaks.

- London Broil
- Preferred Seasonings salt, pepper, steak seasoning, etc.
- Olive Oil
(Optional) Preheat your pie irons over the fire while getting your supplies ready.
Oil insides of pie iron and sprinkle liberally with preferred seasonings.
Cut steak to fit inside of pie iron. We typically use one of our double irons for this.
Place steak inside of pie iron, close.
Place on coals and cook, flipping every six minutes or so. Remove when it reaches your preferred doneness.
